Computerized Digital Spring Testing Machine – Model CDSTM (Manual)

The above manual loading digital spring testing models are available with computer interface facility for both load and displacement and is provided with advanced software for real-time display of load and displacement with dynamic display of load - displacement curve. The advanced software is graphical menu driven software with display of load and displacement, plotting of load and displacement with time, plotting of load and displacement curve in real-time. The advanced menu driven software has built in data storage, archiving, retrieval, graphing with data zoom in/zoom out, pan and other features. The software also provides data entry screen to enter test spring data and parameters. Report generation is provided to generate reports for saving and printout. The software can be customized with user’s requirements at request.

IEICOS offers motorized loading arrangement option for all the manual models. Motorized model prices are available on request.

Manual Hydraulic Models (Model No with -MH suffix):
IEICOS offers manual hydraulic loading arrangement option using manually operated hydraulic jacks instead of the screw rod arrangement for spring testing machine models above 1000 Kg. Manual Hydraulic models are available upto high loading capacity of 50 Tons. Manual Hydraulic Loading model prices are available on request.

Electrically Operated Hydraulic Models (Model with -EH suffix):
IEICOS offers manual hydraulic loading arrangement option using electrically operated hydraulic jacks instead of the screw rod arrangement for spring testing machine models above 1000 Kg. Manual Hydraulic models are available upto high loading capacity of 200 Tons. Manual Hydraulic Loading model prices are available on request.

Precision Servo Controlled Digital Spring Testing Machine (Model with -P suffix):
IEICOS offers computer controlled servo motor/hydraulic loading options for automatic controlled loading of springs with programmable loading options. The loading of the spring including acceleration/deceleration of loading, ramp rate etc can be configured with various profiles including programming of number of cycles of loading. This advanced spring testing machine is available in standard models with standard spacing mentioned in the table or as custom built for user requirements.
