IEICOS HEAT TRANSFER THROUGH PIN FIN Apparatus is designed to conduct experiment and to study the behavior of heat transfer through pin fins.
Comprises of:
a) Brass 12 mm dia x 140 mm length
b) Enclosure size 150 x 150x 550 mm,
c) Variac: 2 amps. Electrical dimmer for fan.
d) Digital voltmeter; 0-300 volts AC,
e) Digital ammeter: 0-5 Amps AC,
f) Digital temperature Measurement: 0-300 deg (K Type) with Thermocouple - K type
g) Insulation Powder
h) Protection: MCB provided
i) Heater: Band type (250 watts),
j) Velocity measurement: Orifice and manometer
