IEICOS Heat Transfer Co-Efficient-Forced Convection Apparatus is designed to conduct experiment and to study the heat transfer co-efficient of forced convection.

Comprises of:
a) Blower: 300 watts,
b) By pass valve. ½” gate valve, Main valve: 1 ½” gate valve,
c) Band heater: 250 watts (40 mm ID),
d) Orifice plate: Brass 25mm, Copper (25 mm ID, 32 mm OD, 400 mm length),
e) Variac: 2 amps,
f) Digital voltmeter: 0-300 volts AC,
g) Digital ammeter: 0-5 Amps AC,
h) Digital temperature : 0-300 deg (K Type) Thermocouple: K type,
i) Water tank: MS powder coated, Measuring tank: 1 liters (plastic),
j) Stop Watch: Digital,
k) Protection: MCB
